Graduate Assistantships

Graduate Assistantships (GAs) offer professional development and financial support through teaching, research, or administrative work.

Types of Assistantships:

  • GTA (Teaching): Assists with instruction, grading, and labs.
  • GRA (Research): Supports faculty-led research initiatives.
  • GAA (Administrative): Assists with office management, planning, and academic services.

Benefits:

Eligibility:

  • Must be a fully admitted graduate student
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Enrolled in at least 9 credit hours (6 in summer)
  • International students may apply if visa/TOEFL requirements are met
